Breathe Right Nasal Original Strips are drug-free strips designed to instantly relieve nasal congestion, helping you breathe better so you can sleep better. Flexible, spring-like bands sit inside each strip, with an adhesive underside that sticks just above the flare of each nostril.

As the bands try to straighten back to their original shape, they gently lift the sides of the nose and open the nasal passages, helping you breathe through your nose instead of your mouth. This can help relieve congestion and reduce snoring while you sleep.

Directions:
Clean: wash and thoroughly dry the nose, as facial oils can affect the adhesive. Place: remove the liner and place the strip on the nose, centred between the bridge and the end of the nose. Apply: press the ends down and gently rub to secure.

Ingredients:
Base material is porous non-woven polyester with a hypoallergenic pressure sensitive acrylate adhesive on one side. Top material is a rayon non-woven backing with an acrylic binder, with two flexible oriented polyester spring bands.

Warnings:
For external use only. Do not use over sores, sunburned or irritated skin. Do not use for more than 12 hours per day. Disposable; use each strip only once. Not for children under 5 years of age. May cause hypersensitivity reactions in those sensitive to latex or to Breathe Right Nasal Strips. Not for the treatment of sleep apnoea; consult your doctor if you think your snoring may be a symptom of sleep apnoea.
