Breath-A-Tech Cardboard Spacer Pack of 4

Breath-A-Tech Cardboard Spacer is a compact, portable, collapsible spacer used to administer aerosolised medication from most standard asthma and COPD inhalers prescribed by a physician or healthcare professional. It is ideal for emergencies, first aid, travel, sports or camping, and can be used straight out of the pack with no priming required.

It can be used for up to 7 days, or until soggy.

Directions:
For single patient use only. Place your fingers in the middle of the chamber along the long sides and gently squeeze to snap the side panels into place, then push the inhaler slot side in gently to fully expand the spacer. Remove the cap from your inhaler and shake well, then push the inhaler into the slot opening. Put the mouthpiece between the lips to make an airtight seal, keeping a firm grasp so the spacer stays fully expanded. Depress the inhaler and take a slow, deep breath, holding for 5 to 10 seconds. Wait at least one minute before repeating, using only one dose at a time. Remove the inhaler and flatten the spacer between uses.

Warnings:
Before use, check that the spacer is intact and free of small objects that could be inhaled. Use only if the tamper evident seal is unbroken. Children must be supervised by an adult during use. Replace immediately if damaged, and store in a dry area away from direct sunlight. It can be used multiple times, but it is recommended to replace it after 7 days, or sooner if it becomes damaged, soggy or dirty.
