Braun ThermoScan 5 Ear Thermometer uses a pre-warmed tip and a unique positioning system, with a light and beep to confirm correct placement, for fast and accurate ear temperature readings in around 1 second.

Its gentle, flexible tip is designed to position easily without tugging on the ear, and a memory recall function and colour-coded display make fever monitoring easier, with green for no fever, yellow for moderate fever and red for high fever. It comes with a protective cradle, disposable lens filters and 2 batteries.

Directions:
Take the unit out of the carton, turn the ThermoScan on and place a lens filter on the pre-warmed tip. Place the unit into the ear canal, allowing the guidance system to assist you, then take the temperature and dispose of the used lens filter.

Warnings:
Always use the thermometer with an undamaged lens filter for each measurement to prevent infection. This thermometer and its guide are not a substitute for consultation with your doctor. Always read the label and follow the directions for use, and consult your doctor if fever or complaints persist.
