This mild-tasting, easy-to-take liquid comes in a handy spray pack, and also contains homeopathic Coffea, traditionally used to relieve mental overactivity.

6 x Brauer Sleep Oral Spray 20mL

Directions:
Adults take 4 sprays. Spray under the tongue half an hour before bed and then repeat the dose immediately before bed. If sleep is interrupted during the night, take 1 dose every half hour for up to 4 doses. Store below 300C.

Ingredients:
Contains equal parts of Capsicum annuum (Capsicum) 14C, Matricaria chamomilla (Chamomilla) 3C, Coffea arabica (Coffea) 4C, Coffea arabica (Coffea) 30C, Gelsemium sempervirens (Gelsemium) 4C, Humulus lupulus (Humulus) 3C, Hyoscyamus niger (Hyoscyamus) 6C, Passiflora incarnata (Passiflora) 3C and Valeriana officinalis (Valeriana) 3C.
