Brauer Arnicaeze Arnica Oral Spray contains homeopathic Arnica montana, traditionally used in homeopathic medicine to help reduce muscle pain, reduce mild joint pain and promote bruise healing.

A mild-tasting, easy-to-take liquid in a handy spray pack, it is also used to help reduce muscle soreness and decrease bruise pain.

Use 4 sprays (520 microlitres) under the tongue every half hour for 4 hours initially, then every 4 hours until symptoms are relieved. Store below 300C.
