Spray on your pillow or into the air in your bedroom to aid relaxation and sleep. Use for stress and mild anxiety by spraying the room as required. For mild tension headaches, spray onto fingers and massage into temples and repeat every 3 to 4 hours as required. For freshening and deodorising, this spray masks unpleasant odours and is ideal for drawers, wardrobes and musty areas.
