Bodichek Reusable Hot/Cold Gel Pack is designed for comfortable and convenient application of heat or cold to painful areas of the body, in a 28x18cm pack size.

Used hot, it gives temporary pain relief from aching muscles and joints, nagging back pain or menstrual cramps. Used cold, it helps reduce swelling after an injury, cool down a temperature, ease headaches and toothaches, or relieve minor burns.

Directions:
Cold application: freeze for at least 2 hours and leave it out for 15-20 minutes before applying. Hot application: heat the pack using either the boiling or microwave method, referring to the instructions on the pack.

Ingredients:
CMC, propylene glycol, water.

Warnings:
Do not apply directly on the skin; always wrap in a towel. Use only as directed. Keep out of reach of children. Wash thoroughly with water if you come into contact with the gel. For repeated or extended use, contact your physician. People with circulatory or sensory problems, hypersensitivity to hot or cold, or a history of frostbite should consult a doctor before use.
