Bodichek Instant Cold Pack is ready to use and provides fast relief of pain and swelling caused by sprains, strains, contusions, minor burns, toothaches and insect bites.

This small 9cm x 16cm pack is supplied as a twin pack and activates by striking the pack to rupture the inner fluid pouch.

Directions:
Lay the pack flat on a hard surface and ensure the contents are evenly distributed. Firmly strike the centre of the pack using the heel of your hand to rupture the inner fluid pouch. Shake the pack for 10 seconds to mix the contents. Wrap in an insulating fabric or towel and apply to the area where cold therapy is required.

Warnings:
For external use only. The cold pack should be wrapped in a towel or insulating fabric to prevent discomfort or skin damage. Do not store in the freezer, and do not re-freeze once activated. Do not puncture. If the pack breaks and the liquid contacts skin or eyes, flush the area immediately with large amounts of water. Do not swallow the contents; if accidentally swallowed, drink large amounts of water and contact the Poisons Information Centre or a doctor. Adult supervision is recommended.
