Bodichek Hot/Cold Pack is a reusable clear gel pack used to apply hot and cold therapy to various parts of the body, helping to relieve headaches, toothaches, aching muscles and joints, nagging back pain or menstrual cramps.

This small 13cm x 22cm pack moulds easily to the contours of the body to help reduce swelling, soothe aching muscles and joints, and relieve burns and bites.

Directions:
Cold application: freeze for at least two hours, then apply to the injury; remove for a few minutes if uncomfortable. Hot application: boil 2-3 litres of water in a large saucepan, remove from heat, immerse the pack for 10 minutes, then remove, place in a towel, and apply to the injury.

Warnings:
Do not use directly on the skin; insert in a towel or wrap before use. Do not use if the pack is punctured or leaking. Keep out of reach of children. Wash thoroughly with water if you come into contact with the gel. For repeated or extended use, consult your physician. People with circulatory or sensory problems, hypersensitivity to hot or cold, or a history of frostbite should consult a doctor before use.
