Bodichek Hot/Cold Gel Pack Large

Bodichek Hot/Cold Canvas Gel Pack can be used for both hot and cold applications, designed to provide relief from pain, soreness or swelling.

This premium large gel pack comes with a bonus 13cm x 22cm Bodichek clear hot/cold pack and a wrap to secure the gel pack to the body. It is reusable, designed for multiple uses, conforms to the body's contours, and is available in a variety of colours.

Directions:
Cold application: freeze for at least two hours, insert the pack in the wrap cover, and apply to the injury; remove for a few minutes if uncomfortable. Hot application: boil 4-5 litres of water, remove from the stove, fully immerse the pack for 10 minutes, then insert in the wrap cover before use.

Warnings:
Do not use directly on the skin; insert in a towel or wrap before use. Do not use if the pack is punctured or leaking. Keep out of reach of children. Wash thoroughly with water if you come into contact with the gel. For repeated or extended use, consult your physician. People with circulatory or sensory problems, hypersensitivity to hot or cold, or a history of frostbite should consult a doctor before use.
