Bodichek Gel X Sport Heat/Cold Pack can be used for both hot and cold applications, designed to provide relief from pain, soreness or swelling.

The hexagonal, internal silicone frame evenly traps the gel to maintain its shape and distribute consistent temperature. Designed for mobile use, it is ideal for sporting and other outdoor activities, and conforms to the body for optimal contact. This small 13x22cm pack is available in a variety of colours.

Directions:
Cold application: freeze for at least two hours, then apply to the injury using the soft fabric side; remove for a few minutes if it becomes uncomfortable, then reapply. Hot application: flatten the pack and place in the microwave away from the walls, heating for 15 seconds, resting for 1 minute, then testing and continuing in 5 second increments until the desired heat is reached.

Warnings:
Always follow the usage instructions and do not use if the pack is leaking. People with circulatory or sensory problems, hypersensitivity to hot or cold, or a history of frostbite should consult a doctor before use. Keep out of reach of children.
