Bodichek Gel X Comfort Heat/Cold Pack is a medium gel pack measuring 13x28cm, used for both hot and cold applications to provide relief from pain, soreness or swelling.

A patented hexagonal internal silicone frame evenly traps the gel to maintain its shape and distribute consistent temperature, with a soft fleece side for sensitive skin and a durable canvas side for extreme temperature variations.

To use cold, freeze for at least two hours and apply using the soft fabric side; to use hot, flatten the pack and heat in the microwave in short bursts, testing carefully before full use.
