Blackmores Travel Calm Ginger helps reduce symptoms of motion sickness, including nausea, vomiting and cold sweats, when taken prior to travelling.

Ginger is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to relieve nausea.

5 x Blackmores Travel Calm Ginger 45 Tablets

Directions:
Adults: take 2 to 3 tablets half an hour before travelling, then 1 tablet every 2 hours as required. Children 6-12 years: take 1 to 2 tablets half an hour before travelling, then half to 1 tablet every 2 hours as required. Children under 6 years: only as professionally prescribed.

Ingredients:
Ginger (Zingiber officinale) root powder 400 mg.

Warnings:
Contains sulfites. Do not exceed 2 tablets in 24 hours during pregnancy. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have pre-existing conditions, talk to your health professional before use, and stop use at least two weeks before elective surgery.
