Directions:
Adults take 1 tablet 3 times a day with meals, or as professionally prescribed. Children under 18 years only as professionally prescribed.

Ingredients:
Calcium citrate (calcium 63.2mg), calcium phosphate (calcium 126mg) and calcium amino acid chelate (calcium 40mg), totalling equivalent calcium 229.2mg; magnesium phosphate (magnesium 13.4mg) and magnesium oxide-heavy (magnesium 102.5mg), totalling equivalent magnesium 115.9mg; plus zinc amino acid chelate (zinc 2.5mg), manganese amino acid chelate (manganese 1.5mg), ascorbic acid (vitamin C), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), phytomenadione (vitamin K1) and folic acid.
