Directions:
Adults: take 7.5 g (1 level scoop) once a day, 30 minutes to one hour before bedtime. Only use the scoop provided. Mix in 250 mL of water and consume immediately.

Each 7.5 g dose provides a triple action magnesium complex, including magnesium citrate 2000 mg, plus glycine and hops extract.
