Directions:
Adults take 1 capsule once a day with food, or as prescribed by a health professional.

Ingredients:
Five probiotic strains including Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium lactis, with inulin (prebiotic), ascorbic acid (vitamin C) and zinc citrate (equivalent to zinc 5mg).
