Blackmores Pregnancy & Breast-Feeding Gold provides iodine to help promote the healthy development of a baby's brain, eyesight and hearing, and a daily dose of 500 micrograms of folic acid that may help reduce the risk of birth defects of the brain and/or spinal cord, such as spina bifida and anencephaly, when taken daily for 1 month prior to conception and during pregnancy.

The formula also provides vitamin D3 to support calcium absorption for the healthy development of a baby's bones, and omega-3 essential fatty acids to help promote the healthy development of a baby's brain and eyesight, with overall nutritional support from 17 nutrients including 10 vitamins, 6 minerals and omega-3 fatty acids.

Directions:
Adults take 2 capsules a day with meals, or as professionally prescribed.

Ingredients:
Omega-3 fish oil (natural tuna oil) containing omega-3 marine triglycerides 160mg as docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 125mg and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 25mg, plus 10 vitamins including vitamin C 30mg and 6 minerals including iron 5mg and zinc 8mg.
