Directions:
Take only one dose recommendation, with food, or as professionally prescribed. For general health and wellbeing, or for cardiovascular and nervous system health: adults and children 2-17 years take 1 capsule once a day. For brain, eye and skin health: take 5 capsules once a day. Not recommended for children under 2 years. Children unable to swallow: pierce the capsule and squeeze the contents into milk, juice or cereal.

Ingredients:
Concentrated fish omega-3 triglycerides, equivalent to EPA and DHA 300 mg.

Warnings:
Contains fish, sulfites and soya bean products. Use in children only under adult supervision. If you have pre-existing conditions or take other medicines, talk to your health professional before use, and stop use at least two weeks before elective surgery.
