Blackmores Omega Mini Double Concentrate 200 Capsules Pack of 5

Blackmores Omega Mini Double Concentrate is a concentrated, odourless fish oil in a small, easy-to-swallow mini capsule to support the health of your heart, skin, eyes and brain.

It provides the same amount of omega-3 per capsule as Blackmores' standard fish oil 1000 capsule, and is extracted from 100% wild-caught fish, tested for mercury, dioxins and PCBs.

Directions:
Take only one dose recommendation, with food, or as professionally prescribed. For heart and general health: adults take 1 capsule once a day. For brain, eye and skin health: adults take 5 capsules once a day. For healthy growth and development: children 1-17 years take 2 capsules once a day. Children unable to swallow: pierce the capsule and squeeze the contents into milk, juice or cereal.

Ingredients:
Concentrated fish omega-3 triglycerides 500 mg, equivalent to total omega-3 acids (as triglycerides) 330 mg, including total EPA and DHA 300 mg.

Warnings:
Contains fish, sulfites and soya bean products. Not recommended for children under 1 year; use in children only under adult supervision. If you have pre-existing conditions or take other medicines, talk to your health professional before use, and stop use at least two weeks before elective surgery.
