Directions:

Ingredients:
Colloidal anhydrous silica, Equisetum arvense (horsetail) extract, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), folic acid, calcium pantothenate, ferrous fumarate, zinc amino acid chelate, manganese amino acid chelate, biotin and betacarotene.
