Directions:
Adults take 1 tablet twice a day with meals, or as professionally prescribed.

Ingredients:
Silicon dioxide (silica) 25mg, Equisetum arvense (horsetail) extract, ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 30mg, folic acid 150 micrograms, calcium pantothenate 21.8mg, iron (as ferrous fumarate 9.5mg), zinc (as zinc amino acid chelate 37.5mg), manganese (as manganese amino acid chelate 10mg), biotin 1.3mg, betacarotene 1mg.

Warnings:
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Contains fish, sulfites and soya bean products. Talk to your health professional before use if you have any pre-existing conditions or are on any medications.
