Directions:
Adults take 1 tablet a day with a meal, or as professionally prescribed. Children under 18 years only as professionally prescribed.

Ingredients:
Thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1) 50mg, riboflavin (vitamin B2) 30mg, nicotinamide (vitamin B3) 100mg, calcium pantothenate (vitamin B5) 50mg, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) 50mg, cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) 50 micrograms, biotin 50 micrograms, choline bitartrate 50mg, inositol 50mg, folic acid 300 micrograms.

Warnings:
Stop taking this product if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner (contains vitamin B6). Vitamin B2 may change urine colour to bright yellow; this is harmless and temporary. Not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
