2 x Blackmores MagMin 50 Tablets

Directions:
Adults take 2 to 6 tablets daily with meals, or as professionally prescribed. Children 6-12 years take 1 to 3 tablets daily, or as professionally prescribed. Children under 6 years only as professionally prescribed.

Ingredients:
Magnesium aspartate (magnesium 37.4mg) 500mg.
