Directions:
Adults, to help prevent magnesium deficiency: women take 9 tablets per day in divided doses with meals (no more than 3 tablets at any one time); men take 11 tablets per day in divided doses with meals (no more than 3 tablets at any one time). Children under 18 years: only as professionally prescribed.

Ingredients:
Magnesium aspartate dihydrate (magnesium 37.4 mg) 500 mg.

Warnings:
Contains sulfites and zinc, which may be dangerous when used in large amounts or for a long time. Supplements may only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate.
