Directions:
Adults: for risk reduction take 2 tablets per day with meals; for management of an outbreak take 2 tablets, 2 times per day with meals, or as prescribed by a health professional. Children under 18 years: only as prescribed by a health professional.

Lysine hydrochloride 500 mg, plus vitamin C and zinc amino acid chelate (equivalent zinc 10 mg).
