Directions:
Adults: take 1 tablet a day with a meal, or as professionally prescribed.

Ingredients:
Glucosamine sulfate sodium chloride complex equivalent to glucosamine sulfate 1500 mg (1884 mg per tablet).

Warnings:
Contains sulfites and soy bean products, and approximately 151 mg sodium per daily dose. If pregnant, breastfeeding, on warfarin therapy or on other medicines, talk to your health professional before use, and cease at least two weeks before elective surgery.
