Blackmores Fall Asleep contains a blend of magnesium and traditional herbs, including lemon balm, lavender and ziziphus.

This formula is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to aid mind relaxation, reduce symptoms of mild anxiety and reduce the time to fall asleep, and is also traditionally used in Chinese medicine to reduce disturbed sleep. Lemon balm is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to help mind relaxation, lavender is traditionally used to induce sleep and aid mind relaxation, and ziziphus is traditionally used in Chinese medicine to calm the mind and relieve sleeplessness.

Adults take 2 tablets once a day, 30 minutes before bedtime.

Each tablet contains Lavandula angustifolia (lavender) extract dry concentrate, magnesium phosphate pentahydrate, Melissa officinalis (lemon balm) extract dry concentrate and Ziziphus jujuba var spinosa (ziziphus) extract dry concentrate.
