Blackmores Deep Sleep 60 Tablets

Combining valerian, hops and ziziphus, Blackmores Deep Sleep helps relieve sleeplessness and promotes deep sleep quality.

Traditionally used in Chinese and Western herbal medicine, these herbs support healthy sleeping patterns, calm the mind and soothe nervous tension. Valerian is used to reduce the time to fall asleep and support refreshing sleep, while ziziphus has long been recognised for its calming properties, and hops is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to relieve sleeplessness.

Adults take 2 tablets once a day, 30 minutes to an hour before bedtime.

Directions:

Ingredients:
Each tablet contains magnesium phosphate pentahydrate, Ziziphus jujuba var spinosa (ziziphus) extract dry concentrate, Valeriana officinalis (valerian) extract dry concentrate and Humulus lupulus (hops) extract dry concentrate.

Warnings:
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Valerian may harm the liver in some people. If you experience yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness, abdominal pain or loss of appetite, stop using this product and see your doctor. May cause sedation and drowsiness; use caution when driving or operating machinery.
