Blackmores Conceive Well Gold is a pre-conception care formula which supplies essential nutrients, including iodine, needed for healthy conception and pregnancy.

This formula supports nutrients associated with normal ovulation and healthy conception, and provides nutrients involved in the very early stages of foetal development. It contains iodine, which is important for a baby's normal brain development, eyesight and hearing, and folic acid, which may reduce the risk of neural tube defects when taken pre-conceptually and during pregnancy. It also contains tuna oil, a source of the omega-3 fatty acid DHA, and CoQ10, a natural antioxidant associated with a healthy early stage pregnancy.

Adults take 1 tablet and 1 capsule a day with a meal, or as professionally prescribed.

Ingredients:
Each tablet contains iodine, folic acid, copper, vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine), manganese, zinc, nicotinamide, iron, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, magnesium, vitamin C, selenium and vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid). Each capsule contains natural fish (tuna) oil providing omega-3 marine triglycerides, including DHA and EPA.

Warnings:
Contains fish, soya bean products and sulfites. Do not exceed the stated dose except on medical advice. If you have had a baby with a neural tube defect, seek specific medical advice. Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice. This product contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses. Once you fall pregnant, stop using this product and switch to Blackmores Pregnancy & Breastfeeding Gold.
