This formula contains plant sterols which help reduce cholesterol absorption, plus betacarotene, since betacarotene absorption may be reduced when taking plant sterols. Plant sterols are naturally present in foods such as vegetables, fruit, nuts, grains and cooking oils.

Adults take 1 capsule twice daily with a main meal, or as professionally prescribed.

Ingredients:
Each capsule contains vegetable oil phytosterol esters (plant sterols) 1g (1000mg) and natural betacarotene 1.5mg.

Warnings:
