Blackmores Bio Zinc is a one-a-day formula combining zinc with key nutrients to support skin health, immune system health and reproductive system health.

This formula also supports wound healing and general health and wellbeing. Each tablet provides zinc amino acid chelate, magnesium phosphate pentahydrate, manganese amino acid chelate, retinol acetate (vitamin A) and pyridoxine hydrochloride, equivalent to 41.1mg pyridoxine (vitamin B6).

Directions:
Adults: take 1 tablet once a day, or as prescribed by a health professional. Take with food.

Active ingredients per tablet: zinc amino acid chelate (equivalent to zinc), magnesium phosphate pentahydrate (equivalent to magnesium), manganese amino acid chelate (equivalent to manganese), retinol acetate (equivalent to vitamin A), pyridoxine hydrochloride equivalent to 41.1mg pyridoxine (vitamin B6).

Warnings:
Contains phenylalanine. When taken in excess of the recommended daily amount, vitamin A can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, talk to your health professional before use.
