Directions:
Adults: chew (do not swallow whole) 2 tablets once a day. For immune system health, adults and children over 4 years: chew (do not swallow whole) 1 tablet once a day.

Ingredients:
Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 225mg, sodium ascorbate (ascorbic acid, vitamin C 275mg) 309.4mg (total vitamin C 500mg), citrus bioflavonoids extract 10mg.

Warnings:
Not to be used in children under 2 years of age without medical advice. Contains benzoates, soya bean products and sulfites.
