Directions:

Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 385mg, calcium ascorbate dihydrate (ascorbic acid, vitamin C 315mg) 382.2mg, sodium ascorbate (ascorbic acid, vitamin C 300mg) 337.5mg (total vitamin C 1000mg), citrus bioflavonoids extract 25mg, rutoside 50mg, hesperidin 50mg, rosa canina (rosehips) extract dry concentrate 62.5mg equivalent to dry fruit 250mg, malpighia glabra (acerola) extract dry concentrate 12.5mg equivalent to dry fruit 50mg.
