Blackmores Ashwagandha+ is a daily formula combining ashwagandha with B vitamins. Each tablet provides a dry concentrated extract of Withania somnifera (ashwagandha), standardised to withanolides and equivalent to 1.5g of dry root.

Ashwagandha is traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine to help the body adapt to stress, support a healthy stress response, and relieve symptoms of stress and nervous tension. The formula also includes B vitamins (B1, B2, B5, B6 and B12) along with vitamin C, biotin, folic acid, magnesium and zinc to help support energy levels and general health and wellbeing.

Directions:
Adults: take 2 tablets once a day, or as prescribed by a health professional. Take with food.

Ingredients:
Each tablet contains Withania somnifera (ashwagandha) extract dry concentrate standardised to withanolides, equivalent to 1.5g dry root, together with thiamine nitrate (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), nicotinamide, calcium pantothenate (vitamin B5), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), ascorbic acid (vitamin C), biotin, folic acid, heavy magnesium oxide and zinc amino acid chelate.

Warnings:
Stop taking this product if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible (contains vitamin B6). Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Adults only.
