Directions:
Adults: take 1 tablet daily with food or as advised by your health professional. The tablet may be broken, cut or crushed if you have swallowing concerns; swallow with a glass of water. Store below 250C.

Ingredients:
Each film coated tablet contains a high-potency blend of B-group vitamins including thiamine (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), nicotinamide (vitamin B3), calcium pantothenate (vitamin B5), pyridoxine (vitamin B6), folic acid (vitamin B9), biotin, mecobalamin (vitamin B12), choline and inositol.

Warnings:
