Bioglan Kava 40 Capsules

Bioglan Kava is a traditional herbal remedy used in Pacific Islander medicine to support sleep and ease mild anxiety. Each capsule provides the equivalent of 2.4g dry Kava rhizome extract, standardised to 60mg kavalactones.

Kava has traditionally been used to help improve sleep quality, reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, promote body and mind relaxation, and support deep sleep. Kava extract has also been shown in clinical studies to help relieve symptoms of mild anxiety.

Directions:
Adults: take 1 capsule daily with food. For sleep support, take 1-2 capsules one hour before bed or as advised by your health professional.

Ingredients:
Each hard capsule contains Piper methysticum (Kava) rhizome extract dry concentrate, standardised equivalent to 2.4g dry rhizome and 60mg kavalactones. Suitable for a halal diet.

Warnings:
