Curcumin is the active ingredient in turmeric, an ancient spice traditionally used to relieve mild joint inflammation.

Bioglan Curcumin 600mg helps relieve symptoms of mild osteoarthritis and reduce mild joint stiffness, enhancing healthy joint function and mobility. It contains BioPerine, a black pepper extract shown to increase absorption of curcumin in the body more than curcumin alone, plus antioxidants to help reduce free radicals formed in the body.

Adults take 2-3 tablets daily with food, or as advised by your health professional.

Ingredients:
Each film coated tablet contains Curcuma longa (turmeric) rhizome extract standardised to curcuminoids 600mg, plus Piper nigrum (black pepper - Bioperine) fruit extract.

Warnings:
In very rare cases, Curcuma species may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you notice yellowing skin or eyes, or unusual fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching. Contains sulfites. Keep out of reach of children. Store below 250C.
