Directions:
Adults: Take 1 tablet in the evening before bed or as advised by your health professional. Break, cut or crush the tablet, prior to consuming, if you have swallowing concerns.

Ingredients:
Each film coated tablet contains 225mg of total elemental magnesium (from magnesium oxide, magnesium phosphate pentahydrate and magnesium glycinate), plus hops flower extract and California poppy herb extract.
