Bioglan Active Magnesium PM Deep Sleep Formula is a citrus flavoured drink powder formulated to help support a deep, quality sleep.

This high strength powder combines highly absorbable magnesium glycinate with California poppy and the sedative herb hops, traditionally used in western herbal medicine to reduce the time to fall asleep and promote deep sleep. Magnesium also supports a healthy stress response in the body and relieves muscle aches, pain and cramps when dietary intake is inadequate.

Adults mix 1 scoop (6g) into 200ml of water or juice in the evening, an hour before bed.

Directions:
Adults: Mix 1 scoop (6g) of powder into 200ml water or juice in the evening, 1 hour before bed, or as advised by your health professional. The formulation contains a blend of herbal ingredients causing a normal appearance of brown specks within the powder.

Ingredients:
Each 6g scoop contains magnesium glycinate, equivalent to magnesium 350mg, plus hops (Humulus lupulus) flower extract and California poppy (Eschscholzia californica) herb extract.
