Directions:
Adults and children over 12 years: dissolve 1 tablet in a glass of water. Take daily or as directed by your healthcare professional. Not to be used in children under 12 years of age without medical advice.

Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) 1000mg, Vitamin D 400 IU (Colecalciferol) 10 micrograms, Zinc (as Zinc citrate trihydrate) 10mg.
