Directions:

Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) 1000mg, Vitamin D 400 IU (Colecalciferol) 10 micrograms, Zinc (as zinc citrate trihydrate) 10mg.

Warnings:
Contains sulfites, sucralose, sorbitol and isomalt, plus tabletting aids, artificial sweeteners, colours and flavours. Each tablet contains 322mg sodium.
