Berocca Hydrate Orange Flavour is formulated with electrolytes, B vitamins and magnesium to support hydration faster than water alone, replenishing electrolytes lost through heavy sweating.

The B vitamins support energy levels, making it suited to use before, during or after exercise to support physical performance and muscle function. This pack contains 20 effervescent tablets in an orange flavour.

Directions:
Add 2 Berocca Hydrate tablets to a 200mL glass or bottle of water, leave to fizz, then drink.

Ingredients:
Contains sulfites, sugars, sorbitol, isomalt, soya bean products and tabletting aids. Contains sucralose as an artificial sweetener. Contains 322mg sodium and 196mg potassium per 200mL dose.
