Bactigras Medicated Paraffin Gauze Dressings are a leno weave gauze impregnated with white soft paraffin BP containing 0.5% Chlorhexidine Acetate BP, in a sterile presentation, sized 10cm x 10cm.

Effective against a wide range of gram-positive and gram-negative wound pathogens including MRSA, this low-adherence tulle gras dressing is for topical use on wounds at risk of infection, and allows the wound to drain freely into an absorbent secondary dressing.

Directions:
Gently clean the wound and surrounding skin, and dry thoroughly. Cut the dressing to size and remove the protective paper to reveal the gauze, then place it on the wound. Place an absorbent dressing pad over the top for added protection and absorption, and secure with a conforming bandage or adhesive tape.
