Constructed from large, soft, hypoallergenic foam for maximum comfort, they are ideal for travel, light sleepers, those working irregular shifts, or frequent travellers.

Directions:
Roll and compress the earplug between your fingers into a smooth, crease-free cylinder. Reach your hand over your head and gently pull your ear upward and outward. Insert the compressed, rounded end of the earplug well into the ear canal, pointed end first, then hold for a few seconds while the plug expands. When correctly fitted, the earplug should not stick out of the ear; incorrect insertion does not give full protection.

Warnings:
Store out of reach of children. There is a risk of choking if the plug becomes stuck in the windpipe.
