Allevyn Gentle Border Soft Silicone Absorbent Foam Dressing is a water and bacteria-proof silicone adhesive dressing for moderately to highly exuding wounds, sized 7.5cm x 7.5cm.

Its hydrocellular structure supports a moist wound environment and remains in place without sticking to the wound surface, treating minor weeping wounds, skin tears and minor burns. The gentle adhesive comes off lightly for less painful dressing changes, with a longer wear time for fewer changes and a waterproof outer film to help protect the wound.

Directions:
Wash hands before and after treating the wound, and gently cleanse the wound and surrounding skin. Open the pouch and remove the backing sheet, anchoring the adhesive side to the skin. Smooth over the wound, removing the remaining backing paper, and ensure the dressing has adhered all around the wound.
