Allevyn Gentle Border Soft Silicone Absorbent Foam Dressing is designed for people with sensitive or fragile skin who have light to moderately exuding wounds, sized 5cm x 5cm.

The triple action technology maintains an optimal fluid balance for a moist wound environment, combining a thinner, delicate foam with a gentle silicone adhesive for minimal pain on removal. It treats minor weeping wounds, blisters, cuts and grazes, moulds to body shape and is showerproof and flexible.

Directions:
Wash hands before and after treating the wound, and gently cleanse the wound and surrounding skin. Open the pouch and remove the backing sheet, anchoring the adhesive side to the skin. Smooth over the wound, removing the remaining backing paper, and ensure the dressing has adhered all around the wound.
