Able Sleep Well Essential Oil Blend 10mL Pack of 6

Able Sleep Well Essential Oil Blend is a pure essential oil blend of Cedarwood, Lavender, Geranium, Bergamot and Chamomile, designed for use with the Able Ultrasonic Vaporiser.

It can be used in an ultrasonic diffuser, an oil warmer, in the bath, or diluted in a carrier oil for massage.

Directions:
Ultrasonic diffuser: add 2-5 drops of essential oil. Oil warmer: add 3-4 drops to the water. Bath: add 3-4 drops to running water. Massage: add a few drops to a carrier oil and massage over the skin. Essential oils must be diluted in a carrier oil, such as sweet almond oil, or dispersed in bath water before use on the skin; never apply undiluted essential oils directly to the skin.

Cedrus Atlantica (Cedarwood Oil), Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender Oil), Citrus Bergamia (Bergamot Oil), Pelargonium Graveolens (Geranium Oil), Chamaemelum Nobile (Chamomile Oil).

Warnings:
Not to be taken. Never apply undiluted essential oils directly onto the skin. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Always test on a small area of skin before use and discontinue if irritation occurs. Some oils are photosensitive and should not be used on the skin within 24 hours of UV light exposure, as this may cause burns or irritation.
