Directions:
Adults - take one tablet daily (with food), or as professionally prescribed.

Ingredients:
Active ingredients per tablet: Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 200mg, Calcium ascorbate dihydrate 477.97mg, Sodium ascorbate 450mg, Zinc ascorbate monohydrate 6.99mg, total equivalent Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 1000.52mg, Citrus bioflavonoids extract 60mg, Rosa canina (Rose Hip) extract 20.83mg, derived from dry fruit 124.98mg. No added gluten, lactose, nuts, shellfish, sugars, dairy, egg, fish or sesame seeds; no artificial flavours; vegetarian friendly.
