Seremind Lavender Oil 80mg contains Silexan, a specially prepared and patented lavender oil that helps manage restlessness and reoccurring thoughts accompanying anxious moods, relieving symptoms such as irritability, difficulty stopping worry, tiredness and disturbed sleep.

It helps calm the nerves and provide relief from symptoms of mild anxiety, with relief generally seen within 2 weeks of daily use. Adults should take one capsule daily, swallowed whole with a full glass of water with food, at about the same time each day.

Directions:
