Seremind Lavender Oil 80mg contains Silexan, a specially prepared and patented lavender oil formulated to relieve symptoms of mild anxiety and nervous tension and improve sleep quality in adults.

Symptoms of mild anxiety can include feeling worried or restless, tiredness, difficulty concentrating, irritability, muscle pain and disturbed sleep. A health professional should be consulted if two or more of these symptoms have lasted more than 6 months.

Directions:
Take one capsule daily, swallowed whole with a full glass of water with food. May be taken at any time of the day, but approximately at the same time each day. Do not take while lying down. Do not chew.

Ingredients:
Lavender oil (active ingredient); also contains rape seed oil, sorbitol, glycerol, gelatine, purified water and annatto.

Warnings:
Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not give to children under 18 years of age. Do not use if allergic to lavender or any other ingredients. Do not use if you have liver problems.
